Call read_creator_guide first. Public tools: search_topics, submit_game, get_game_submission. The publishing agent chooses canonical topic IDs; Idealite performs no AI calls for these operations. Requests are rate-limited. Submissions require separate admin approval for catalog eligibility; approval does not guarantee recommendation delivery. Private learner/admin tools remain authenticated at /api/mcp.
